izna has now confirmed their next release, their second mini-album, Not Just Pretty, will be out in September. WakeOne Entertainment announced on September 3 through social media, where a comeback poster featuring strong red-orange and black visuals was revealed.
Pre-orders for the album opened the same day through various online music platforms. Fans can purchase two versions of the release: a photobook version and a poster book version.
izna will drop their sophomore mini-album, Not Just Pretty, on September 30, and pre-orders have already begun.
The final lineup of izna was formed through Mnet’s survival show I-Land 2, with votes from viewers in 217 countries and regions. They stepped onto the K-pop scene on November 25 last year, with their first mini-album N/a.
The release featured the title track IZNA and additional songs Timebomb, Iwaly, Drip, and Fake It. The album peaked at No. 3 on the Korean album charts, entered the top 10 on iTunes in 14 countries, and topped multiple Japanese music charts.
In 2025, izna followed up with two digital singles: Sign (March 31), which earned their first music show win on The Show and entered the Korean digital charts at No. 86. In addition, Beep (June 9) was a summer-inspired track with vibrant choreography and included a Japanese version.
The group has been active both domestically and internationally since their debut. Last month alone, izna participated in the Idol Star Athletics Championships (ISAC) and also performed at KCON LA and Summer Sonic. Their setlist for KCON LA included a reinterpretation of Golden, a breakout hit from KPop Demon Hunters, which made headlines.
Izna debuted as a seven-member group. However, on August 19, member Yoon Jiyoon bid farewell to the group for good due to health reasons. The current lineup is: Mai, Bang Jeemin, Koko, Ryu Sarang, Choi Jungeun, and Jeong Saebi. While Jiyoon paused activities earlier this year, Not Just Pretty will be their first release after being announced as a six-member group.
Details about the tracklist, concept photos, and music video teasers will be released sequentially on izna’s official channels ahead of release of Not Just Pretty on September 30.
