On September 25, News 1 reported that Jennie and Jisoo each have established their own one-person agencies. The discussions with YG Entertainment about the group’s activities are still ongoing, so it’s hard to say anything definitive at this point. The situation is still in flux, and fans are eagerly awaiting updates on what the future holds for the group.

As per the reports, Jisoo and Jennie have set up one-person companies that will manage their individual activities. While the established companies will focus on their individual activities, both Kpop stars will discuss team activities with YG Entertainment.

The exclusive report by News 1 grabbed a lot of attention from BLINKs and fans. In response to the viral news, YG Entertainment released an official statement saying

Nothing has been yet confirmed regarding BLACKPINK’s contract renewal and future activities.

– YG Entertainment

If rumors are to be believed, Rosé will renew the contract with YG Entertainment and Lisa may sign a contract with an international agency.

Recently, BLACKPINK concluded their year-long tour, BORNPINK, and celebrated their 7th anniversary last month. Fans are anxious to know whether or not the powerhouse girl group will stay with their founding companies.
