Ms. Incognito is a forthcoming South Korean crime-romance drama starring Jeon Yeo Been, who recently starred in the romance drama Our Movie. The series is set to debut next week, and fans are excited to see her back on the TV screen after just two months.
The show features a supporting cast of Jinyoung, Seo Hyun Woo, Jang Yoon Ju, and Joo Hyun Young.
‘Ms. Incognito’ Release Date
Ms. Incognito is set to premiere on September 29 through ENA and Genie TV, while also being available for streaming on TVING and Viki. The series will consist of 12 episodes, airing every Monday and Tuesday at 10 PM KST. With its finale scheduled for November 4, viewers can look forward to a tightly paced run over six weeks.
Plot
Ms. Incognito follows Kim Young Ran, portrayed by Jeon Yeo Been, who works as a bodyguard for the Gasung Group’s owner. Because of financial hardship and a desire for security, she agrees to a contract marriage with Ga Seong Ho, the terminally ill chairman.
For a period of three months, she takes on the alias Bu Se Mi and relocates to a quiet village, where she works as a kindergarten teacher in order to hide her true identity and avoid those eying the inheritance.
In the village, she meets Jeon Dong Min (Jinyoung), a single father and strawberry farmer. He is wary of her persona, especially as rumors and suspicions begin to swirl. Meanwhile, conflicts over inheritance and power emerge among those around her, including the chairman’s stepdaughter and legal figures.

- Jeon Yeo Been as Kim Young Ran / Bu Se Mi – She portrays the central dual role: a bodyguard forced into marriage and a disguised teacher in the village. Jeon is known for her performances in Vincenzo, Our Movie, Dark Nuns, and A Time Called You, and she often takes roles with emotional complexity.
- Jinyoung as Jeon Dong Min – He plays a cautious, skeptical single father raising his son while farming strawberries. He becomes suspicious of Young Ran’s perfect mask. Jinyoung, an ex-B1A4 member, has appeared in dramas such as Love in the Moonlight and Sweet Home.
- Seo Hyun Woo as Lee Don – He portrays a lawyer willing to go to great lengths for money. He reunites with Jeon Yeo Been after both starred in the melodrama Our Movie. Seo’s notable acting credits include Uncle Samsik, A Shop For Killers, Celebrity, and more.
- Jang Yoon Joo as Ga Seon Young – She is the stepdaughter of the Gaseong Group’s owner and positioned as a rival in the inheritance battle. Jang has previously starred in Queen of Tears and Money Heist: Korea.
- Joo Hyun Young as Baek Hye Ji – She plays the mysterious housekeeper in the chaebol’s mansion. Joo is known for special appearances in No Gain, No Love, Wedding Impossible, Dr. Romantic 3, and more.
- Moon Sung Keun as Ga Seong Ho – The terminally ill chairman whose inheritance and final wishes set the plot in motion. Young Ran enters into a contract marriage with him.

A teaser video, released earlier this month, shows Jeon Yeo-been in hiding as “Bu Se Mi.” One line stands out in the teaser: Jeon Dong Min asks, “Why did you come to Muchang?” to which Bu Se-mi replies, “I’m about to tell you the reason now.”
Production Team
Ms. Incognito is written by The Night Owl writer Hyun Gyu Ri and directed by Park Yoo Young, known for directing The Kidnapping Day, A Model Family, and Love Alarm 2. Production companies are Kross Pictures and Trii Studio, commissioned by KT Studio Genie. Principal photography took place this year, and script reading stills were released in late August ahead of the premiere.
