Jimin and Jungkook from BTS are serving in the military together at the same division where Jin is working as an assistant instructor.
After completing their basic military training on January 17, Jimin and Jungkook will be continuing their remaining service at the 5th Army Division in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do. Jin is currently working as an assistant instructor there.
Jimin and Jungkook joined the 5th Infantry Division Recruit Training Center in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi-do back on December 12 last year. Jin was serving as an assistant instructor in the same division, the reunion of the three generated a lot of interest.
RM, who was chosen as an elite trainee along with V, will be starting his military service in the 15th Infantry Division for about 1 year and 5 months. V applied for the Special Mission Unit of the Capital Defense Command before enlisting.
BTS officially began their full military service when Jimin and Jungkook enlisted on December 12, 2023. The members will be discharged one by one, starting with Jin, who was the first to enlist in June. They’re expected to come back together as a group in June 2025, once all the members have completed their service.
