June Comeback Lineup

K-pop stans, June is heating up and so is the comeback scene! 

The summer is about to get a whole lot hotter with a sizzling lineup of K-pop comebacks. A lot of famous K-pop groups are making a comeback, with some artists who frequently release new music and others who are returning after a long break.

This June, TWS, RIIZE, Nayeon, Kep1er, CHUU, WayV, AKMU, H1-KEY, Jeonghan x Wonwoo, and more will be releasing new music.

HYNN

HYNN will kick off the June comeback battle with a new ballad. Also known as Park Hye Won, she will drop a new digital single titled Glowing Light on June 2.

She is dropping a new song after about a year since Summer Haze. Glowing Light is a ballad capturing the moment of emerging from darkness to find precious light. 

The song features a blend of delicate and grand orchestral sounds complementing HYNN’s soft yet resolute vocals.

Kep1er

Followed by HYNN, Kep1er will make a comeback with their first full-length album the very next day. On June 3, Kep1er will release Kep1going On on all major music platforms.

Fans are getting more excited about the comeback as the group has confirmed a contract extension with Wake One Entertainment, ensuring they will continue their group activities in the future.

However, It’s a bit of a bittersweet moment for fans as they will have to say goodbye to two of the group members, Kang Yeseo and Mashiro, who did not renew their contracts with the agency.

WayV

WayV will be making a comeback on the same day as Kep1er, June 3. Just seven months after dropping their second full-length album On My Youth in November, the group is set to release their fifth mini album Give Me That, on June 3.

This highly anticipated release will feature both Korean and Chinese versions of the title track, and WayV is gearing up to make waves in both China and Korea with their upcoming promotions.

Furthermore, fans were sad to learn that Winwin won’t be part of the comeback because of a scheduling conflict.

AKMU

Similarly, AKMU is set to release their comeback album, LOVE EPISODE, on June 3. As per the promotional content released, the sibling duo is set to unfold a heartwarming world of fairytales.

Following the release of the album, they are set to host a solo concert in Seoul [10VE] on June 15-16 to mark their 10th debut anniversary. In August, they will take part in ‘Summer Sonic 2024’, Japan’s premier music festival.

EXO’s Suho

While EXO’s Suho released all tracks from his third mini album, 1 to 3, on May 31, the physical album is slated to release on June 3.

Suho’s upcoming third EP will consist of seven tracks, with two title tracks leading the way: 1 to 3 and Cheese. Wendy from Red Velvet is featured on the track Cheese. This solo comeback follows the release of Gray Suit back in April 2022.

Han Seung Woo

Han Seung Woo from VICTON will drop the first single, SCENE, on June 5. His first-ever single features three tracks including Blooming, Lost, and Stay

ONE PACT

ONE PACT is entering the June comeback lineup with first single album, PARADOXX, slated for June 7. This comeback is happening around 7 monthsafter the release of their first mini-album Moment in November 2023.

INFINITE

To celebrate their 14th debut anniversary, INFINITE is set to release a digital single, Flower, on June 9. It is part of the celebration for their 14th debut anniversary and will also hold a fanmeeting, scheduled for July 13-14. 

Cignature

Cignature, the girl group, is all set to drop their fifth EP titled Sweetie but Saltie on June 10. C9 Entertainment mentioned that the album will feature songs revolving around the theme of both sweet and salty love. 

This new album marks Cignature’s return after a 10-month hiatus since their third EP, My Little Aurora, was released in January last year, followed by their fourth EP, Us in the Summer, in August 2023.

EVERGLOW

EVERGLOW will also be making a comeback in early June. They will be releasing their first single album, ZOMBIE, on June 10

The group made waves with their 4th single, ALL MY GIRLS, with a title track SLAY in August 2023.

CSR

CSR’s upcoming single album L’heure Bleue: Prologue is set to drop on June 11. L’heure Bleue from which the album takes its name, translates from French to ‘blue time’, symbolizing the period between early morning and evening when light and darkness blend together.

Following that, the group will release their 1st Japan mini album on July 3. In addition, CSR will be going on a Japan tour from June 29 to July 19.

Sunmi

Sunmi is set to make a comeback with a digital single, Balloon in Love, on June 13 at 6 PM KST.

After she released her eighth digital single, Stranger, last October, the next drop is coming eight months later. Sunmi, who composed the song herself, will infuse it with her unique personal emotions. 

It was revealed by her agency that the music video for the digital single was released in Croatia.

Nayeon from TWICE

Nayeon from TWICE is making a solo comeback after 2 years, therefore, expectations are at an all-time high.

JYP Entertainment shared on social media their announcement to drop Nayeon’s second EP NA on June 14. The album’s title cleverly combines Nayeon’s name with the Korean word for “me,” highlighting the singer’s confident and charming persona.

He previously released IM NAYEON in June 2022, which debuted at #7 Billboard 200 chart.

RIIZE

RIIZE is releasing their debut mini-album, RIIZING, on June 17. The group has created a lot of hype by dropping pre-release tracks one after the other. So far, they have released Honestly, One Kiss, 9 Days, and Impossible from the mini album.

In addition, the album also includes their pre-released songs Talk Saxy, Siren, and Love 119. On June 17, RIIZE will release the title track BOOM BOOM BASS. Following that, they will release their Japanese single, LUCKY, on July 24.

Jeonghan x Wonwoo

Besides RIIZE, SEVENTEEN’s new subunit Jeonghan x Wonwoo is set to drop their first single THIS MAN. The duo is building excitement and anticipation by releasing a variety of promotional content, including intriguing teasers and concept photos.

THIS MAN will be hitting major music platforms on June 17.

EVNNE

Along with RIIZE and Jeonghan and Wonwoo, EVNNE is set to make a comeback on the same day. EVNNE’s third mini album RIDE or DIE is dropping on June 17.

They’re making a quick comeback with a new album just 5 months since the last release, all thanks to the success and impact of their second mini album Un: SEEN back in January.

H1-KEY

H1-KEY is joining the hottest June comeback lineup with their 3rd mini album, LOVE or HATE. Their songs Thinkin’ About You and Deeper from the ‘H1-KEYnote’ project that came out earlier this year received a lot of love. With the buzz growing, fans are eagerly anticipating their comeback.

H1-KEY’s 3rd mini album LOVE or HATE is set to drop on multiple online music platforms worldwide at 6 PM on June 19.

TWS 

After debuting in January 2024, TWS is making their first comeback in June. The new group from HYBE will be releasing their 2nd mini album SUMMER BEAT! on June 24

They will set the mood for their comeback by dropping the pre-release track hey! on June 5.

Their debut mini-album Sparkling Blue sold more than 500,000 copies on the Circle Chart, and the lead track Plot Twist soared to the number one spot on various music charts, captivating fans for over four months.

Weki Meki

The comeback that has everyone buzzing is the upcoming return of Weki Meki after a three-year break. The girl group under Fantagio Entertainment has not made a comeback since 2021.

Debuted in 2017, the group’s last release was their 5th mini album I AM ME in November 2021. This year, not only will they be celebrating their 7th debut anniversary but also making a comeback to the K-pop scene.
