She expressed her gratitude and a desire to make purposeful choices about upcoming projects, stating, “In the beginning, I was scared because I thought, ‘I’m not prepared to have these kinds of jobs.’”

On the work front, she’s not returning to season 2 of Squid Game as her character died in season 1. Hoyeon will be next seen in the Apple TV+ series, Disclaimer, scheduled to release on October 11.
