Jung Hoyeon, the South Korean actress who rose to global fame with her breakout role in Netflix’s Squid Game, has once again proven why she’s a style icon to watch.
At the 81st Venice Film Festival, Hoyeon stunned on the red carpet for the premiere of her latest project, ‘Disclaimer,’ wearing a custom red Louis Vuitton gown that left onlookers breathless.
Her dress was covered in thousands of tiny sequins, giving it a timeless shine. The sequins continued down the long train in the back. The dress had thin straps and some flowing fabric at the top, but the rest was simple, letting the bold color take center stage.
Jung Hoyeon joined an all-star cast for the premiere of Alfonso Cuarón’s latest limited series, Disclaimer. This will be her first television appearance since her critically acclaimed performance in Squid Game in 2021.
She posed for photos with Cate Blanchett, a popular Australian actress and lead of the Apple TV’s limited series, Disclaimer.
Directed by Alfonso Cuarón and starring Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline, Disclaimer is based on Renée Knight’s bestselling novel. The story follows acclaimed journalist Catherine Ravenscroft (Blanchett), who is shocked to discover that a mysterious novel has made her the main character, exposing her deepest secrets.
Disclaimer, a 7-episode limited series premiering globally on October 11, 2024, with the first two episodes. New episodes will be released every Friday until November 15, 2024.
