On January 11, the BIGBANG leader posted a photo of his nail art on his social media at 11:11 AM. Simultaneously, Hana Bank, a key affiliate of Hana Financial Group, shared an image on their social media that seemed to hint at their collaboration with G-Dragon.

On January 13, Hana Financial Group officially announced their partnership with the K-pop legend, stating, “Hana Financial Group stated, “We’ve partnered with G-Dragon, an iconic figure spanning generations, as his image aligns with our vision of ‘finance for all, connected as one.’ His innovative and trendsetting character is expected to create explosive synergy with Hana Financial Group.”

His agency Galaxy Corporation also commented, “We’re excited to partner with Hana Financial Group, which has pioneered innovative and interesting marketing beyond the financial sector. We look forward to trying new and unprecedented initiatives in advertising and marketing.”

On the work front, G-Dragon ended his 7-year and 4-month solo hiatus with the digital single “Power” in October last year. The following month, he teamed up with BIGBANG members Taeyang and Daesung to release “Home Sweet Home”. It was previously reported that he would release a full-length album in February, however, his agency denied the rumors. While his comeback is not yet confirmed, fans can see him perform live at Le Gala Des Pièces Jaunes 2025.
