Kang Daniel is making a comeback this September!
With a dramatic new teaser and a special announcement about his fandom name, the former Wanna One member is ready to make his long-awaited return.
On August 30 at midnight, his new agency Artistic Round Alliance (ARA) dropped the first teaser for the September comeback, [ACT] Prologue.
While Kang Daniel has confirmed a September comeback, the exact release date and format of the upcoming music release remain under wraps.
In addition, Kang Daniel has unveiled the name of his official fanbase: FLOWD. This thoughtful name merges ‘FLOW’ with the ‘D’ from his name, signifying the deep connection fans have with his music.
He also opened his YouTube channel to give fans a glimpse into his personal life.
It has been an eventful past few months for the 27-year-old singer after his agency KONNECT ENTERTAINMENT shut down. He filed a lawsuit against the majority shareholder of the agency for approximately 14 billion won.
After the closure of the agency in June, Kang Daniel signed with ARA in July. ARA is run by the former director of KONNECT ENTERTAINMENT and most of his old staff moved to the agency.
After Wanna One disbanded in 2019, Kang Daniel debuted as a soloist in July of the same year. Now, fans are looking forward to his long-awaited comeback under a new agency.
