Kim Dong Hwi is embarking on a new chapter, away from the spotlight!
On August 7, his agency Ace Factory announced the Date of his impending military enlistment, stating, “Kim Dong Hwi will be enlisting in the army on September 24 to fulfill his national defense duty.
Kim Dong Hwi will begin his 18-month military service at the 5th Division new recruit training unit in Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. His agency requested that fans support him with kind words and well wishes.
Kim Dong Hwi made his acting debut in The Royal Tailor (2014) at the age of 19, playing the younger version of Yoo Yeon Seok.
Since his debut, he has appeared in many movies and Kdramas including Troll Factory (2024), The Deal (2023), Christmas Carol (2022), In Our Prime (2022), Stranger 2 (2020), and more.
