“Love Scout” actress Kim Yoon Hye is tying the knot.
On October 13, 2025, her agency J,WIDE-COMPANY announced that the actress has met someone special and will soon be walking down the aisle. The statement reads, “Kim Yoon Hye will be tying the knot with her special someone, whom she will spend her life with.”
According to the statement, Kim Yoon Hye and her fiancé will hold their wedding on October 25 in Seoul. The ceremony will be private, attended only by close family and friends, out of respect for her non-celebrity partner and their families.
The agency expressed its gratitude to fans, stating, “We sincerely thank everyone who has always supported and loved actress Kim Yoon Hye, and we ask for your warm blessings and support for her as she embarks on this new chapter in her life.”
In their statement, J,WIDE-COMPANY shared that they “cannot provide any further details regarding the wedding.”
The agency also reassured fans that Kim has no plans to step away from her career and will continue to pursue new acting projects after her marriage.
The 34-year-old actress has been part of the Korean entertainment industry for over two decades. She first gained attention as a cover model for Vogue Girl Korea in 2002 before appearing in MTV Asia campaigns in 2005. Her early work as a model helped her transition into acting, where she first used the stage name “Woori.” Later, she decided to promote under her real name, which fans have come to know and love today.
The turning point in her career came in 2013 when she starred in the film Steel Cold Winter, where she played a mysterious and distant high school girl. Her performance was praised by critics and earned her the Best New Actress award at the 34th Golden Cinema Festival.
In the years that followed, Kim continued to expand her acting range through various film and television roles. She became more widely recognized for her appearances in successful dramas like Vincenzo, Shooting Stars, and Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born.
Most recently, she appeared in the SBS drama and starred alongside Han Ji Min in Love Scout. She played the role of a picture book writer and a single mom in the widely popular romance drama.
