Kwon Eunbi has bid farewell to her role as a DJ on the popular radio show Young Street. KARA’s Park Gyuri and SNSD’s Kim Hyoyeon are set to join the show as special guest DJs to fill in the void.

SBS Power FM confirmed that she will leave the show on August 4. The Sabotage singer first announced her departure from the show back on July 22.

She left Young Street due to scheduling conflicts, saying she couldn’t balance her other commitments with the radio show without compromising both.

After hosting Young Street for over a year, Kwon Eunbi will bid farewell to her DJ role with a live broadcast today (the 2nd). Her final show on Sunday, August 4, will be a pre-recorded episode.

Kwon Eunbi took over Red Velvet’s Wendy as a new radio show host on July 3, 2023. Wendy also left the radio show due to scheduling conflicts.

Until a permanent host is decided, KARA’s Gyuri and Girls’ Generation’s Hyoyeon will take turns as special guest DJs.

Hyoyeon is an experienced DJ and she’s currently on a US Summer tour as a DJ. She is set to visit Seattle (August 23), Costa Mesa (August 24), Houston (August 29), New York (August 30), and more.

Park Gyuri will take the helm first, hosting the 8 PM slot from August 5-11. Following her, Hyoyeon of Girls’ Generation will bring her own brand of charm to the show, hosting from August 12-18.
