LE SSERAFIM once again emphasized its strong position against harmful posts.
On March 22, Source Music, LE SSERAFIM’s agency, announced legal action regarding the infringement of artists’ rights through a statement on the official fan community Weverse.
The agency begins by saying, “Our Company regularly initiates legal proceedings against perpetrators of malicious activities, including insults to LE SSERAFIM, sexual harassment, the spread of groundless information, ill-intentioned, and defamation.”
Source Music further added, “Recently, we have noticed a surge in malicious posts that personally attack each artist, stemming from ill intentions,” and added, “These posts blatantly cross the line, taking advantage of anonymity.”
The agency revealed that they have intensified their monitoring efforts and are currently collecting evidence.
They also shared that defamatory posts, personal attacks against members, slander, the spread of false information, and instances of sexual harassment are all subject to lawsuits.
Lastly, Source Music also encouraged fans to report accounts that are spreading hate towards LE SSERAFIM and requested their support.
