Lee Chae Min Bids Emotional Goodbye to Music Bank, Thanks Jang Wonyoung and Hong Eunchae

Lee Chae Min, the beloved MC of Music Bank, has bid a heartfelt goodbye to the show that has been his home for so long. With tears in his eyes and gratitude in his heart, he thanked his colleagues Jang Wonyoung and Hong Eunchae for their support.

Actor Lee Chae Min was in tears throughout the final episode of ‘Music Bank’. He bid farewell as both the MC and bank president on KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ that aired on May 3.

He reflected on his journey as a Music Bank MC, “I was with ‘Music Bank’ for 1 year and 7 months. Today is the day I say my last goodbye.”

During his initial greetings, The Crash Course in Romance actor shared that with endings come new beginnings. He was emotional, crying as he thought about meeting the viewers in a different setting but promised to end things well. Despite his attempts, his voice trembled, and tears flowed continuously. 

Furthermore, Lee Chae Min was moved to tears once more as he bid his final farewell to Music Bank.

He said goodbye to his former bank president, Jang Wonyoung, and the current bank president, Hong Eunchae, whom he had worked with before. He mentioned that it’s pretty amazing that he’s made it this far, but it still hasn’t quite sunk in. 

The 23-year-old actor said he wasn’t sure why he got emotional earlier, but he expressed gratitude for the time they’ve had, describing today as special. He also noted that even though 1 year and 7 months might seem long, he felt like he received a lot of love in a short period.

In other news, actor Moon Sang Min is in talks to take over as the new MC of Music Bank.
