On December 31, Star News reported that the Disney+ series “A Shop for Killers” is set to start filming its second season in April 2025.

Based on a novel by Kang Ji Young, it is a gripping action drama that dropped in January. The show follows Jeong Ji An, played by Kim Hye Jun, as she fights for survival after inheriting a deadly legacy from her uncle, portrayed by Lee Dong Wook.

Director Lee Kwon mentioned at the “2024 Disney+ Content Lineup Media Day” last March, “I am planning season 2, but it’s difficult. I don’t know what story to tell or how to unfold it.”

“A Shop for Killers” was a huge hit with global audiences from the start, and now a second season is officially on the table.

“A Shop for Killers” is officially coming back for Season 2, with filming set to kick off in April 2025. The first season featured an all-star cast, including Lee Dong Wook, Kim Hye Jun, and more.

On the work front, Lee Dong Wook is set to appear in two dramas next year, “Divorce Insurance” and “The Good Man.” Meanwhile, Kim Hye Jun will star opposite Lee Junho in the Netflix drama “Cashero.”
