Lee Joo Myung, known for her impressive performances in Twenty Five Twenty One and Hospital Playlist, is reportedly in talks to join the highly anticipated new drama starring Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee.

As reported by Hankyung on July 17, the 30-year-old actress is set to join Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee in the upcoming drama My Youth (working title). 

Written by Park Si Hyun, who previously penned Run On, the series follows the reunion of Sun Woo-hae and Sung Je-yeon, who rekindle their connection 15 years after their first meeting as a boy and a girl. The story explores their journey as they fiercely pursue their passions and forge their own paths in life.

Song Joong Ki and Chun Woo Hee are considering lead roles in the upcoming drama My Youth, and Lee Joo Myung is also likely to join the cast.

She began his acting career in 2017 with the web drama Man In The Shower, and has since worked in notable dramas such as My Fellow Citizens Kairos, Missing: The Other Side, and more.

In addition, she landed her first leading role in ENA drama Like Flowers in Sand and is now eagerly awaiting the release of her film debut in Pilot, hitting movie theaters on July 31.
