Genie TV has officially confirmed the cast lineup for its new original drama Honour, with Lee Na Young, Jung Eun Chae, and Lee Chung Ah taking on the lead roles. The series, set to premiere in the first half of 2026 on Genie TV and ENA, follows the story of three female lawyers whose long-standing friendship is tested by a resurfacing scandal from their past.

Honour is described as a mystery-track drama that centers on three women who first met in their university days and have remained friends for two decades.

Now working together at L&J (Listen and Join), a law firm dedicated to defending female crime victims, the trio faces both professional and personal turmoil when a hidden secret from 20 years ago threatens to upend their lives.

Lee Na Young (Romance Is A Bonus Book, One Day Off) plays Yoon Ra Young, the star lawyer at L&J. Known as a celebrity attorney with a commanding presence on television and hundreds of thousands of social media followers, she is the public face of the firm. Honour marks a bold shift for Lee Na Young, as she portrays a side of herself rarely seen in her previous drama roles.

Jung Eun Chae (Anna, Pachinko) will portray Kang Shin Jae, the firm’s head lawyer and the de facto leader of the three friends. Shin Jae is defined by her sharp charisma, strategic mindset, and ability to use both negotiation and pressure to get results. However, a case involving crimes against women soon intersects with her own past.

Having recently earned acclaim for her work in Jeongnyeon: The Star is Born and Pachinko, Jung Eun Chae is expected to bring even more depth to this character.

Lee Chung-ah, seen in Hide and Celebrity, joins the cast as Hwang Hyun Jin, a bold and passionate lawyer at L&J. Known for her active approach, she spends much of her time in the field rather than at her desk, evident from her worn-out sneakers. She refuses to compromise when she sees injustice, though her uncompromising nature often brings warnings that she might “break from being too strong.”

Her determination is tested when her detective husband begins looking into her past. Lee Chung Ah, often seen in softer roles, will show a more fiery and intense side in Honour.

The drama serves as the Korean adaptation of the Swedish series of the same name. It will be directed by Park Gun Ho, known for his work on Dong Jae, the Good or the Bastard. The script is written by Park Ga Yeon, praised for her precise and genre-focused storytelling in Train.

With its strong cast and experienced production team, Honour is already drawing attention as one of Genie TV’s most anticipated titles for 2026.
