Singer and actor Lee Seung Gi and actress Lee Da In are preparing to welcome their second child. The couple is expecting again, roughly two years after the birth of their first daughter.
On February 12, a report from News 1 revealed that the 33-year-old actress is pregnant with her second baby and is concentrating on prenatal care. She is currently five months along. The couple’s agency, BigPlanetMade Entertainment, confirmed the news the same day and stated that the parents are focusing on the mother’s health and stability.
Lee Seung Gi is said to be very happy and unable to hide his joy at the news.
The couple made their relationship public in May 2021. After dating for about two years, they held their wedding ceremony in April 2023. In February 2024, they became parents for the first time with the birth of their daughter. Since then, Lee Seung Gi and Lee Da In have occasionally shared small moments from their family life through social media.
Last year, when their daughter turned one, the Vagabond actor posted a photo showing himself looking at her with warm eyes. In December, he also appeared on SBS’s My Little Old Boy, where he talked about life as a father to his 21-month-old daughter. He said that taking his child to and from school with his wife makes him very happy. He admitted that parenting is not easy and that there are many difficult moments, but he said the happiness he feels is much stronger.

Earlier this year, Lee Da In shared photos from a pink-themed party held at home to celebrate their daughter’s second birthday. Through these posts, she gave fans a glimpse of their quiet and joyful family life.
Their marriage was not without challenges. At the time of their wedding, there was public scrutiny related to controversies involving Lee Da In’s family. Lee Seung Gi addressed the issue in a statement last year, saying that trust within the family had been seriously damaged and that, after much thought, they decided to sever ties with her family.
Lee Seung Gi, born in 1987, debuted in 2004 with the song “Because You’re My Woman.” He later expanded into acting and starred in dramas such as Brilliant Legacy, My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho, Vagabond, and Mouse.
Lee Da In, born in 1992, is the daughter of actress Kyeon Mi Ri and the younger sister of Lee Yu Bi. She began her acting career with the 2014 drama “Twenty Years Old.” She later appeared in series such as Hwarang, My Golden Life, and Come and Hug Me. Dearest. After marriage, she returned to acting through My Dearest in 2023 after a long break.
