After a successful six-month run, KBS 2TV’s The Seasons: Zico’s Artist aired its final episode on September 6. Following the show’s conclusion, it was announced that Lee Young Ji will be taking over as the new MC.

On his last day as an MC, Zico thanked the staff by giving them personalized T-shirts. The episode featured a special performance by BLOCK B, Zico’s group, who performed together as a full group for the first time in years.

The Seasons is a South Korean late-night music talk show that airs on KBS2 every Friday at 10:00 PM KST. The program follows a unique seasonal format, with each season hosted by a different artist, including Jay Park (Season 1), Choi Jung-hoon (Season 2), AKMU (Season 3), Lee Hyo-ri (Season 4), and Zico (Season 5).

Lee Young Ji, who is taking over as a new MC, is already loved by fans for her humor and wit. She recently returned with season 3 of her popular YouTube show, No Prepare, with BLACKPINK’s Lisa as the first guest.

The sixth installment of The Seasons, set to premiere on September 27 at 10 PM, will feature Lee Young Ji as the first female MC.
