MEOVV is gearing up for their first physical album release in May!
The 5-member rookie girl group will release 1st mini-album “ MY EYES OPEN VVIDE” in May and a pre-release single “HANDS UP” this month.
On April 14 at midnight (Korean time), THEBLACKLABEL dropped the first teaser for comeback album “MY EYES OPEN VVIDE”, out on May 12.
Before the album release, MEOVV will drop a pre-release single titled “HANDS UP” on April 28 at 6 PM KST. The group has received praise for their singing talent and performance release. It is expected that they will get their due recognition and shatter records with their debut physical release.
Consisting of Gawon, Ella, Sooin, Anna, and Narin, the group debuted with the digital single “MEOW” on September 6, 2024. Their new release is kind of a self-titled album as MEOVV stands for “My Eyes Open VVIDE”. Through this album, they will officially introduce themselves to the world.
It is being released nearly 6 months after the release of their second digital single “Toxic” in November. They recently announced the fandom name PAWNPAWN, which symbolizes the apple of my eye.
Fans predict a successful journey for the MEOVV as it is being produced by Teddy. While most fans know Teddy as the founder of THEBLACKLABEL and group 1TYM, he has worked on many iconic hits of YG artists such as BLACKPINK, BIGBANG, 2NE1, and more.
