The 2025 Met Gala is just around the corner, and K-pop fans are speculating which idols might grace fashion’s biggest night. While the official guest list remains under wraps, several artists have strong chances of receiving coveted invitations based on their fashion influence.
Previously, Jennie, Rosé, CL, and Stray Kids stunned audiences with their past appearances at the Met Gala. With Louis Vuitton sponsoring the Met Gala this year, it’s likely that Korean celebrities who are brand ambassadors might walk the red carpet.
Potential K-pop Stars to Attend Met Gala 2025
Past attendees and industry trends give us clues about who could walk the iconic Met steps this year.
BLACKPINK’s Jennie
After setting Coachella ablaze last month, Jennie’s now gearing up for her third Met Gala appearance – and if her past red carpet moments are anything to go by, she’s about to break the internet again. The BLACKPINK star is not just attending fashion’s biggest night; she’s become one of its most talked-about regulars.
Her 2023 debut paid tribute to the late Karl Lagerfeld, her mentor and Chanel’s legendary creative director, through a carefully curated vintage Chanel look from the 1990 fall/winter collection. Last year, she shifted gears with a striking royal blue Alaïa gown that took 13 meters of fabric and 200 hours of craftsmanship.
Now with the 2025 gala approaching, fashion watchers are buzzing. Will she stick with Chanel? Go even bolder with Alaïa? Or surprise fans with something entirely new? This year, with her star power brighter than ever post-Coachella, that moment might just be her biggest yet.

Rosé
Rosé was the first BLACKPINK member to walk the Met steps in 2021, accompanied by YSL Creative Director Anthony Vaccarello. Last year, there was a huge buzz that the 28-year-old singer might attend as she was in New York at the time. However, she made an appearance at the Tiffany event instead and later hung out with bandmate Jennie.
Since last year, Rosé has been focusing more on her activities in the US. Her popularity has skyrocketed after the smash hit “APT.” with Bruno Mars. The “number one girl” singer is seen at numerous high-profile fashion and entertainment events, looking her absolute best. As per several guest lists circulating online, Rosé will likely attend Met Gala 2025.
Lisa
Last year, Lisa ditched Celine and joined Louis Vuitton as an ambassador. Since her appointment as the brand’s new muse, she has fronted numerous campaigns, attended LV’s PFW shows, and donned the brand’s iconic pieces.
Given her meteoric year with history-making appearances at the Oscars, Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and VMSAs, chances are high that Lisa will make her Met Gala debut this year with Louis Vuitton.
Jisoo
Jisoo Met Gala debut is long overdue given her tremendous influence in the fashion world. While officials have not confirmed, some media outlets are suggesting that the “Earthquake” singer might walk the Met Gala 2025 Red carpet this year.
Felix from Stray Kids
After wrapping the LATAM leg of Stray Kids world tour “dominATE” last month, Felix of Stray Kids could head to New York to attend Met Gala 2025. Last year, he made his Met Gala debut with Stray Kids members in collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger.
The 24-year-old K-pop star was appointed LV’s house ambassador in 2023 and has walked the PFW runway show for the brand twice. In addition, he has graced multiple fashion magazine covers, campaigns, and events for the brand.
Though Stray Kids’ 2024 Met Gala looks didn’t land on major best-dressed lists, all eyes are now on Felix as he prepares for his potential return. As one of Louis Vuitton’s standout ambassadors, the Australian-born star is expected to make a stronger style statement this year under the guidance of creative director Nicolas Ghesquière.
Additionally, if rumors are true Cha Eunwoo, BamBam, Jackson Wang, and CL are also invited to Meta Gala 2025.
