In the latest development, the former CEO of ADOR has taken bold action by filing charges against two high-ranking HYBE executives. The lawsuit alleges professional misconduct on the part of HYBE’s chief public relations officer and head of public relations.

Law firm Sejong announced that Min Hee Jin had filed a complaint with the Yongsan Police Station against two HYBE executives. The complaint, submitted on November 25, accuses HYBE’s Chief Public Relations Officer, Park Taehee, and Director of Public Relations, Cho Sunghoon, of breach of trust.

She previously filed lawsuits against BELIFT LAB’s (ILLIT and ENHYPEN) CEO Kim Tae Ho and VP Choi Yoon Hyuk.

The law firm further stated, “Despite being in a position to promote NewJeans while receiving fees from ADOR as part of HYBE’s shared service PR organization, they not only failed to fulfill their duties but also caused serious harm by undermining the achievements of ADOR and NewJeans. We hope that they will receive criminal punishment proportional to their crimes.”

In other news, former CEO Min Hee Jin resigned as an internal director of ADOR on November 20. Following her resignation, she announced plans to hold HYBE legally accountable for breaching the terms of shareholders agreement.
