Earlier today, rumors swirled that Namgoong Min is set to star in tvN drama, Our Film (tentative title).
On July 2, his agency 935 Entertainment informed OSEN, “Namgoong Min is positively considering appearing in the new tvN drama Our Film.
Our Film tells the tale of a filmmaker facing the sophomore slump, struggling to find inspiration for his next project, and an actor facing terminal illness, who, with time running out, becomes determined to live life on his own terms and make every moment count.
Namgoong Min is rumored to be in consideration for the role of Lee Je-ha, a film director who embarks on a project to tell the story of a patient with a terminal illness.
He debuted as an actor in the movie Bungee Jumping of Their Own in 2001 and later appeared in many hit movies and dramas including My Lovely Family, Good Manager, The Veil, and My Dearest.
Namgoong Min took home the prestigious Grand Prize at the 2023 MBC Drama Awards for his outstanding performance in My Dearest. Additionally, he received the Best Actor award for his performance in My Dearest at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards.
