On April 20, SM Entertainment announced that due to health issues and symptoms of anxiety, Renjun recently went to the hospital. After the examination, medical professionals advised that he needs ample rest and time off.

The agency mentioned that after discussing with Renjun, they chose to concentrate on his treatment and recovery.

Consequently, Renjun will not be part of any schedules starting from today’s fansign event. SM Entertainment shared that he will only return to activities once he is fully able to do so.

Renjun won’t be part of NCT DREAM’s third solo concert, THE DREAM SHOW 3, taking place from May 2-4.

Lastly, SM Entertainment mentioned that they are actively monitoring and taking legal action against harmful online content, including slander, harassment, false information, insults, and defamation aimed at their artists, including Renjun. They emphasized that they will pursue legal action without compromise.
