The first half of 2025 is turning out to be quite thrilling, with several K-pop artists entering or preparing to join the K-pop scene.
New groups from major entertainment agencies SM Entertainment, JYP Entertainment, YG HYBE, and Starship Entertainment will make waves this year.
KickFlip from JYP Entertainment already debuted last month and SM’ Entertainment’s newest girl group is set to debut on February 24 with a single album “The Chase”. On the other hand, YG will introduce a new boy group by year-end.
Lately, Starship Entertainment, the agency behind IVE, has been teasing a new girl group KiiiKiii. The Instagram account has already been created, and debut teasers featuring various accessories engraved with “KiiiKiii” are being shared.
Since the group’s concept, members, and debut trailer have yet to be unveiled, netizens were expecting a debut in the first half of this year.
To the fans’ surprise, the K-pop girl group KiiiKiii is reportedly set to make their debut as early as March.
Starship Entertainment’s upcoming five-member girl group KiiiKiii is the agency’s first new group launch since IVE’s debut in 2021. However, details regarding the group’s member lineup and exact debut date remain under wraps.
According to the information available online, it will consist of Haum, Sumin, Subin, Kya, and Jiyu.
If reports are true, the label will start introducing members soon as the debut date draws near.
Starship Entertainment is home to several K-pop groups, including MONSTA X (2015) and CRAVITY (2021), and WJSN (2016) and IVE (2021).
