On October 27, OSEN exclusively reported that NewJeans, recently wrapped up filming for KBS2’s popular show ‘The Return of Superman’. The highly anticipated episode is slated to air in November.
Members Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein will meet the former national fencing team member Kim Jun Ho’s adorable sons, Eunwoo and Jungwoo.
They are returning to the terrestrial entertainment program 4 months after their appearance on “2 Days & 1 Night” season 4.
“The Return of Superman” is a long-running South Korean entertainment program that highlights the parenting experiences of celebrity fathers, affectionately referred to as “Supermen.” Since its pilot episode in 2013, the show has become a staple on KBS.
The current celebrity fathers appearing on the show include Jay Sean, Kim Jun Ho, DinDin, Jang Dong Min, Park Soo Hong, and Jung Miae.
Kim Jun Ho’s children, Eunwoo and Jungwoo, have won over audiences on ‘The Return of Superman’, becoming the show’s most beloved family. They have already met notable celebrities including Oh Sang Wook and Do Kyung Dong, Cha Eunwoo, Ha Jiwon, and Kim Hoyoung.
Their upcoming meeting with a K-pop girl group NewJeans is generating a significant buzz.
Starting November, ‘The Return of Superman’ will air on Wednesdays, moving from its current Sunday time slot.
