P1Harmony will join the heated May comeback lineup. The 6-member K-pop boy group will release brand-new music after 8 months.
As reported by Xport News on March 27, P1Harmony is making a comeback in May with a brand-new album. The group, consisting of Keeho, Theo, Jiwoong, Intak, Soul, and Jongseob, is expected to return to their fans 8 months after their release.
Their last release, the 7th mini-album “Sad Song” in September, was a huge success. It broke their own record for highest first-week sales and earned them three music show awards. This was the first time since their debut that they scored a music show win.
Their 7th mini-album “SAD SONG” sold 304,644 copies on its first day, beating their previous record of 251,576 copies set by “HARMONY : ALL IN” in the first week. The album debuted at #16 on the Billboard 200 and #2 on the Circle Album Chart.
P1Harmony is gearing up for a comeback after finishing their 9-month world tour in January. They embarked on the 2nd world tour “P1ustage H: UTOP1A”, which kicked off in April last year. The group held sold-out shows in North America, New Zealand, Asia, Australia, and more.
They resumed their European leg in January and made stops in London, Milan, Paris, Lodz, Berlin, Lisbon, and more.
Fans have high expectations, as their last promotions reached new heights in their career. P1Harmony’s last comeback set a new career high, and now fans expect something even bigger and better with their new album.
P1Harmony debuted with six members under FNC Entertainment in October 2020 and has since released numerous hit songs such as “Do It Like This”, “Killin’ It”, “Backdown”, “Peacemaker”, and more.
May is going to be a competitive month in K-pop as comebacks from boy groups like Stray Kids, RIIZE, SEVENTEEN, and BOYNEXTDOOR are announced.
