The talented actor Park Seo Joon, known for his romantic roles, is expected to return to the genre that made him a household name.
As reported by TV Daily, Park Seo Joon is returning to the small screen with romance drama, Waiting for Kyeongdo (literal title).
The drama will be helmed by Im Hyun Wook, known for his previous works including Life, King The Land, Reflection of You, and A Person You May Know.
Waiting for Kyeongdo is written by the talented Yoo Young Ah, whose impressive credits include Thirty Nine, Encounter, Entertainer, On Our Wedding Day, and Dog Days, among many others.
Waiting for Kyeongdo is in discussions to premiere on JTBC, with Park Seo Joon set to star as the male lead.
Park Seo Joon has established himself as a king of romance with his swoon-worthy appearance in many rom-com dramas including She Was Pretty (2015), Witch’s Love, What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim, Fight My Way, Kill Me, Heal Me, and more.
Currently, he is flaunting his culinary skills in season 2 of a hit variety show, Jinny’s Kitchen. Plus, the second season of his Netflix show, Gyeongseong Creature, is set to release this year.
