According to the Hanteo Chart, Cosmic achieved an impressive 139,556 in sales on its first day, securing a top 5 spot among the group’s highest first-day sales figures for all their past releases.

In terms of sales, Cosmic follows behind four other Red Velvet albums: The ReVe Festival 2022: Birthday, which sold 392,000 units, The ReVe Festival 2022: Feel My Rhythm, with 231,100 units sold, Queendom, which sold 150,623 units, and Chill Kill, with 145,853 units sold.

This album topped the iTunes Top Album Chart in 41 countries worldwide, including the US, UK, Canada, Sweden, Poland, Australia, Denmark, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan.

Furthermore, Cosmic reached number one on Japan and China’s major music charts.

Red Velvet’s album Cosmic has topped the digital album sales charts on Q Music and Kugou Music, as well as reaching number one on the global iTunes album chart. 

This six-track album, featuring the titular lead single, not only shows the group’s diverse charm but also marks a milestone in their career, as they celebrate their 10th anniversary.

Lastly, Red Velvet is set to embark on their inaugural Fan-Con Asia tour, titled ‘HAPPINESS: My Dear, ReVe1uv’, which will kick off in Seoul on August 3-4.
