It seems Wendy has found an agency to pursue individual activities.
As reported by iMBC Entertainment on April 25, Wendy from Red Velvet has signed an exclusive contract with ASND. It is the same agency that recently welcomed five fromis_9 members (Song Hayoung, Park Jiwon, Lee Chaeyoung, Lee Nakyung, and Baek Jiheon) after they departed from PLEDIS Entertainment.
ASND hinted at this signing by posting a teaser on their official SNS at midnight on April 25, saying:
We’re announcing a new artist today.
ASND is expanding its roster with high-profile K-pop artists, and Wendy’s addition would be a significant step for the agency.
After her departure, the “Wish You Hell” singer shared her thoughts on her departure, saying,
I have decided to end my exclusive contract with SM, which has been with me for a long time and has shaped who I am today, and I am preparing for a new challenge in a new environment. I am sincerely grateful to the SM family for allowing me to debut as a member of Red Velvet and meet ReVeluvs. I believe that I am where I am today thanks to the immense support and consideration I received. And most importantly, ReVeluvs, who have always watched over me with warm support and love! Every moment with you has been precious, and your strength has allowed me to keep moving forward no matter what.

Wendy and Yeri parted ways with SM Entertainment, their agency of 11 years, on April 4. Previous reports suggested that Yeri was in talks to sign with Blitzway Studio.
Red Velvet fans can rest assured that the group will continue under SM Entertainment, but they will be managed by different agencies for their solo activities.
Meanwhile, ASND is a newly established management agency that was founded in January. The label has successfully signed exclusive contracts with five members of fromis_9, who will continue group activities
