July 4 was the big day when the last members of the girl group formed through I-LAND 2 were finally revealed.
Previously on June 27, 10 finalists made it to the finale, and 2 contestants were eliminated.
Those finalists included Bang Jeemin, Choi Jungeun, Kim Gyuri, Fuko, Mai, Koko, Yoon Jiyoon, Nam Yuju, Jeong Saebi, and Ryu Sarang.
Out of the 10 finalists on the reality show, seven contestants were selected to form the new girl group, izna.
izna members include
- Choi Jungeun
- Bang Jeemin
- Yoon Jiyoon
- Koko
- Ryu Sarang
- Mai
- Jeong Saebi
5 members were selected through I-MATEs votes while Mai and Jeong Saebi were the producers’ choice. I-LAND 2 contestants eliminate in the final round were Nam Yuju, Fuko, and Kim Gyuri.
Choi Jungeun ranked 1st with 823,393 points followed by Bang Jeemin with 591,495 points, Yoon Jiyoon with 471,699 points, and Ryu Sarang with 319,693.
Teddy-produced group izna will begin activities with their first performance at KCON LA 2024.
With this, I-LAND 2 wrapped up its journey with the introduction of the final members. The first season introduced K-pop fans to the group ENHYPEN. Now, fans are eagerly anticipating how izna will make their presence known in the K-pop scene.
