Get ready for a double dose of Jung Hae-in!
The K-drama heartthrob has two new projects in the works: the lighthearted romantic comedy Love Next Door and the intense action movie Veteran 2, aka I, The Executioner.
In the new character still released on August 14, Jung Hae In suits up as a detective. He has joined the cast of Veteran 2, directed by Ryoo Seung Wan, playing the role of Detective Park Sun Woo.
He is looking focused and determined in his police uniform. The photo captures the energetic and driven personality of the youngest detective on the team.
I, The Executioner is expected to dominate the box office. The highly-anticipated sequel is being released 9 years after the first part. The film follows a veteran detective and his rookie partner as they hunt down a serial killer.
With its talented cast and gripping storyline, Veteran 2 is one of the most eagerly awaited films of the year and has already been selected for top international film festivals like Cannes and Toronto.
Not to mention, it received a standing ovation at the 2024 Cannes Film Festival.
Lastly, Veteran 2 is set to hit theaters on September 13. Before that, Jung Hae In is set to appear in drama Love Next Door, premiering on August 17.
