TH8, a member of the K-pop sensation SEVENTEEN, is set to make his solo debut in the Chinese music scene.
The 27-year-old Chinese K-pop star will release the China EP “STARDUST” in December.
Today, Pledis Entertainment unveiled the promotional timeline for THE8’s debut Chinese EP, “STARDUST”, out on December 4.
As per the promotional schedule, THE8 will release the following schedule
- November 23: Tracklist reveal
- November 24 and 26: Concept photo releases
- February 2-3: Teaser video drop
- December 4: “STARDUST” EP release
- December 6: Performance video unveiling
- December 7-8: Visualizer release
Born Xu Minghao, he has showcased his versatile musical talents beyond SEVENTEEN’s group albums. As a skilled singer-songwriter, he has made significant contributions to both solo and group tracks.
So far, he has released several Chinese singles including “Falling Down,” “Dreams Come True,” “Maze,” “Side By Side,” and more.
THE8, part of the performance unit in SEVENTEEN, is known for her breakdancing and amazing stage performance.
On another note, SEVENTEEN is set to release their upcoming Japanese single, “Shohikigen,” on November 27. This heartfelt ballad explores the fleeting nature of emotions and their expiration dates.
Additionally, the group will embark on a highly anticipated dome tour in Japan.
Plus, SEVENTEEN will perform “Santa is Coming to Town” on ABC’s “The Wonderful World of Disney: Holiday Spectacular” in the US on December 1st.
