Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin are officially tying the knot after 10 years together. Their agency, AM Entertainment, announced on November 20 that the couple has promised to be each other’s companions.
The wedding will take place at the Shilla Hotel in Seoul on December 20. According to insiders, only the date and venue have been finalized so far, as both actors have busy filming and promotional schedules. They also wish to hold a quiet ceremony.
The wedding will be private, attended only by family, relatives, and close friends. Recent rumors suggesting a premarital pregnancy have been confirmed as false.
Kim Woo Bin personally shared the news with fans through a handwritten letter on his fan cafe. He wrote, “I wanted to share the news with Wooribin (the fandom name), who always give me endless love and support even though I’m lacking, before anyone else.”
He continued, “Yes, I’m getting married,” and added, “I am going to build a family with the person who has been my partner for a long time, and we are now going to walk forward together. I would be grateful if you could support us so that the path we walk becomes even warmer.”
Shin Min Ah and Kim Woo Bin first met in 2015 while working together as models for a clothing brand. When their dating rumors came out, they confirmed the relationship right away. Over the years, they became known as one of the most endearing and loving couples in the industry. Their relationship received more support from fans when Kim Woo Bin was diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer in 2017 and took a long break from acting. Shin Min Ah stayed by his side throughout his treatment.
Kim Woo Bin, born in 1989, debuted as a model in 2008 and has since appeared in various dramas, including The Heirs, Uncontrollably Fond, and Genie, Make a Wish. Next, he is in talks to appear in tvN series Gift.
Shin Min Ah, born in 1984, is five years older than Kim Woo Bin. She debuted in 1998 and became well-known through commercials and music videos. She has starred in dramas such as Hometown Cha Cha, No Gain No Love, and Our Blues. Her upcoming project is the Disney+ series The Remarried Empress, scheduled for next year.
Congratulations to the couple for their next chapter in life!
