SM Entertainment has officially addressed the rumors surrounding the disbandment of Red Velvet, putting fans’ minds at ease. In a recent statement, the agency clarified that there are no plans for the group to disband.

Rumors of disbandment started to swirl when Red Velvet’s recent Instagram introduction changed from ‘Red Velvet Official’ to ‘Happy Ending’. 

Some people have been speculating that this could be a hint at the group’s disbandment. Understandably, fans may feel concerned or worried about this change.

SM Entertainment has dismissed the disbandment rumors surrounding Red Velvet.

According to Daily Sports, the agency explained that the change in the group’s Instagram profile was simply related to their upcoming album concept. So, it seems like there’s no need to worry about any potential disbandment.

On another exciting note, Red Velvet is gearing up for their highly anticipated comeback with their 3rd regular album, Chill Kill, which is set to release on November 13.
