After months of anticipation, SM Entertainment’s new girl group has finally confirmed its debut plans. The new group will continue their activities under the name of Hearts2 Hearts.
During the ‘SMTOWN Live 2025’ Seoul concert at Gocheok Sky Dome on January 12, the label unveiled the trailer for its highly anticipated new girl group. As per the newly unveiled trailer, the group’s name is Hearts2Hearts, comprising 8 talented members.
Hearts2Hearts will enter the K-pop industry in February. After the debut trailer was released at the concert celebrating SM Entertainment’s 30th anniversary, the label launched social media channels.
Hearts2Hearts is SM Entertainment’s first new girl group in five years, following in the footsteps of aespa. Given aespa’s phenomenal success in 2024, the spotlight is now on Hearts2Hearts to see if they can sustain the momentum and create their own legacy.
While the exact debut date for Hearts2Hearts is not announced, a February 14th debut for Hearts2Hearts seems likely, given the group’s name and the fact that Valentine’s Day falls on a Friday, a typical release day for music.
