Renowned Korean actor Song Joong Ki is contemplating a return to the small screen.
On January 18, a representative HighZium Studio, Song Joong-ki’s agency stated, “Song Joong-ki has been offered a role in ‘MY YOUTH (working title)’ and is considering it.”
MY YOUTH is a new project written by Park Si Hyun, the same writer behind JTBC’s Run On that ended in 2021.
If Song Joong Ki decides to take the role, it will be his first drama appearance in two years since the 2022 JTBC drama Reborn Rich.
On another note, the Vincenzo actor got married to former British actress Katie and they announced their pregnancy in January last year. Then, in June of the same year, they shared the news of their son’s birth.
