Song Joong Ki is about to steal the spotlight with a surprise cameo in the highly anticipated rom-com Romantic Anonymous starring Han Hyo Joo and Shun Oguri.
On June 12, iMBC Entertainment reported that the Vincenzo star was spotted filming in Japan.
He recently received praise for his cameo in tvN’s hit show, Queen of Tears, reprising the role of Vincenzo. He portrayed the role of divorce attorney for Hae In, played by his labelmate and longtime friend Kim Ji Won.
Now, Song Joong Ki is sparking anticipation regarding the dynamics of his relationships with Han Hyo Joo and Shun Oguri in the story.
Romantic Anonymous is a romantic comedy that follows Hana (Han Hyo Joo), a talented chocolatier who is extremely shy to the extent of feeling uneasy in daily situations, as she starts working at a small chocolate shop. This Japanese Netflix series is adapted from the French movie with the same title.
Han Hyo Joo takes on the character of Hana, a brilliant chocolatier who has concealed her identity because of scopophobia, while Shun Oguri portrays Fujiwara Sosuke, a chocolate shop owner with a history of trauma.
Romantic Anonymous is directed by Shô Tsukikawa, with the domestic production Yong Film contributing to the overall production. The filming is currently in progress in Japan and is slated for release next year.
