Idol Radio is MBC Radio’s popular program that started airing in 2018. It’s known for featuring some of the biggest K-pop stars as DJs.

For Season 4 of Idol Radio, Sunwoo from THE BOYZ will be taking over as the DJ. He’ll be following in the footsteps of Seo Eunkwang from BtoB, Youngjae from GOT7, Young K from DAY6 in Season 1, Hyungwon and Joohoney from MONSTA X in Season 2, and Hongjoong and Yunho from ATEEZ in Season 3.

During a preliminary meeting with the production team, Sunwoo showed his confidence by mentioning that he had previously hosted a 4-hour live broadcast on his own. He expressed his intention to bring out the unique charms of each idol guest that fans want to see in every episode.

Not only will Sunwoo be the new DJ for Idol Radio, but he’ll also be serving as an MC for the Idol Radio Live in Yokohama concert at K Arena in Yokohama, Japan on March 26th.

In Season 4 of Idol Radio, Sunwoo will be connecting with K-pop fans worldwide. The show will be broadcast live every Monday and Wednesday at 9 PM starting from February 19th on MBC Radio’s official YouTube channel called ‘Mhz’.

Fans can also catch it on the radio every Saturday night at midnight on the MBC FM4U channel (91.9MHz) in the Seoul and Gyeonggi area.
