TWICE member Momo has become the owner of a luxury villa in Archiul Village, one of Guri’s most high-end residential areas.
According to the Supreme Court’s certified real estate register released on November 1, Momo purchased a 221㎡ (exclusive use area) unit in the luxury villa complex Arcadia Signature, located in Achon-dong, Guri-si, Gyeonggi-do. The contract was signed on October 23, and she paid the full balance that same day and completed the transfer of ownership immediately.
Records show that no mortgage was established on the property. Momo paid 4.27 billion won (approximately 3 million USD) entirely in cash without any financial institution loans.
Arcadia Signature is a premium residential building that was completed in May 2023. It features two basement floors and four floors above ground. It houses a total of eight residences, including two penthouse units. The complex is known for its top-tier privacy and security, which has made it a favorite among celebrities.
Actors Han So Hee and Choo Ja Hyun are currently known to reside in the same building. They will be Momo’s new neighbors. Earlier this year, in March, actress and singer Nana also purchased a unit in Arcadia Signature with the same floor plan as Momo’s for 4.2 billion won.
The TWICE member likely chose Archiul Village for its quiet surroundings, convenience to Seoul, and high-end facilities.
Momo, who hails from Japan, debuted as a member of TWICE in 2015 under JYP Entertainment. More recently, she performed at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with fellow members Tzuyu, Nayeon, and Jihyo. The group has released numerous hit songs, including “Cheer Up,” “TT,” “Signal,” “What is Love?” and “Feel Special.”
In other news, TWICE celebrated their 10th debut anniversary on October 20 with the release of an album and a fan meeting. They are currently busy with their world tour, This Is For, and will perform in Sydney on November 1-2, followed by Melbourne on November 8-9.
