Nayeon, a member of the popular girl group TWICE, has invested in a luxurious new home in an affluent Seoul neighborhood.
As reported by the Herald Economy, the TWICE member bought a luxury home in Brighten N40, in Seoul’s Gangnam-gu neighborhood last May. The property spans 128.15 square meters and was purchased for approximately 3.93623 billion won (equivalent to $2.7 million).
Shortly after, on May 8, 2024, the property was rented out to a tenant with a deposit of 2.8 billion won.
Brighten N40 is a luxury residential complex designed by acclaimed French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte. Completed in 2022, it features 148 high-end apartments across 5 buildings, with 4 underground levels and 5-10 floors above ground.
In addition to Nayeon, other notable celebrities who have purchased homes in the same complex include Yoo Jae Suk, Hoshi of SEVENTEEN, L of Infinite, actress Oh Yeon Seo, and broadcaster Lee Hwi Jae.
In other news, Nayeon made her solo comeback with 2nd mini-album “NA” in June 2024. She is also actively promoting TWICE’s latest release “STRATEGY” with the group. This year, they will join the renowned international artist Coldplay as guest performers for his concerts in Seoul.
