VIXX’s N (Cha Hak Yeon) won’t be taking part in the promotional activities for the group’s 5th mini album. Currently, N aka Cha Hak Yeon is starring in Castaway Diva along with Park Eunbin and Chae Jong Hyeop.
On November 5, VIXX’s agency, 51K, posted an official notice through their official account stating, “We would like to provide an update regarding VIXX member N (Cha Hak Yeon)’s future schedule.”
The agency stated that N (Cha Hak Yeon) will unfortunately be unable to participate in VIXX’s upcoming comeback and their new album, “CONTINUUM,” which is scheduled to be released on November 21.
They went on to explain that due to the conflicting schedules between VIXX’s album production, drama filming, and the upcoming schedule for the second half of the year, N (Cha Hak Yeon) had a thoughtful discussion with the other VIXX members and made the decision not to participate in the recording and activities for this album.
The agency expressed that they had deep discussions regarding VIXX’s upcoming activities that both the members and fans have eagerly awaited, including N (Cha Hak Yeon), and they made the regrettable but unavoidable decision. 51K kindly asked for the understanding and support of the fans.
The agency expressed its apologies to the fans and promised to do its best to support N (Cha Hak Yeon) in reuniting with the fans as a member of VIXX.
Previously, VIXX, to the delight of many fans, announced their comeback after about 10 months since the release of “Gonna Be Alright” in January. The news of their comeback, along with the recruitment of the 6th official fan club last month, raised expectations for a full group comeback.
