During the script reading session, the leading and supporting cast Moon Ga Young, Choi Hyun Wook, Im Se Mi, and Kwak Si Yang delivered amazing performances with perfect chemistry.

Premiering in February, the story follows Baek Soo Jung, leader of a planning team at Yongsung Department store, and Ban Joo Yeon, a wealthy “third generation chaebol” haunted by a painful first love.

It is based on the popular webtoon by Hye Jin Yang, directed by Lee Soo Hyun, and written by Kim Soo Yeon.

On January 6, tvN gave a glimpse into the chemistry of the “My Dearest Nemesis” cast with the release of photos and videos from script reading sessions.

The entire main cast attended, including:

  • Moon Ga Young (Baek Soo Jung)
  • Choi Hyun Wook (Ban Joo Yeon)
  • Im Se Mi (Seo Ha Jin)
  • Kwak Si Yang (Kim Shin Won)

Additional cast members were also present:

  • Ban Hyo Jung (Jeong Hyo Sun)
  • Go Chang Seok (Baek Won Seop)
  • Kim Young Ah (Kwon In- Kyung)
  • Son Sang Yeon (Baek Soo Bin)
  • Kim Woo Gyeom (Yang Jun Su)
  • Im Young Joo (Choi Na Na)
  • Moon Woo Jin (young Ban Joo Yeon)

In addition, director Lee Soo Hyun and writer Kim Soo Yeon also attended the session.

As the script reading began, Moon Ga Young impressed everyone with her portrayal of Baek Soo Jung. Her confident dialogue delivery and lively presence have fans looking forward to her upcoming role.

Choi Hyun Wook perfectly captured the dual life of the headquarters manager. He effortlessly switched between a chic office boss and a gaming professional.

Im Se Mi brought a bar owner to life with her lively and carefree portrayal. On the other hand, Kwak Si Yang portrayed the warm-hearted head of the design department.

“My Dearest Nemesis” is set to premiere on tvN in February, airing on Mondays and Tuesdays.
