In a recent interview with a foreign media outlet, IVE was asked about the pressure of consistently releasing hit songs since their debut. The response they gave was quite surprising and unexpected.
Jang Wonyoung replied saying, “Rather than feeling pressured to chase success, I want to continue to deliver good songs. That desire is my driving force.”
Regarding the group’s upcoming album, Wonyoung revealed, “We are always planning and preparing new music. Our next album will be a Korean album.”
Recently, the group dropped a remake of the 2013 hit song All Night by the Swedish group ‘Icona Pop’, and they even collaborated with American rapper Saweetie on the track.
