Youjoung Leaves BBGIRLS, the Remaining 3-Member Group to Carry on with BBGIRLS Company

Youjung from BBGIRLS

Youjoung exits BBGIRLS following contract termination with Warner Music Korea.

BBGIRLS will remain active as a 3-member group and begin afresh under the new label BBGIRLS Company.

The group recently did not renew their contract with Warner Music Korea. Both sides mutually agreed to end the exclusive contract. However, that does not mean the group has disbanded but will continue operating under BBGIRLS Company.

On April 22, BBGIRLS Company under the GLG label announced the news of an exclusive contract with the group. GLG is a global K-pop label and H1-Key and singer Stella Jang are part of it.

Youjoung has decided to leave BBGIRLS after discussions with the members. BBGIRLS Members shared that they respect Youjung’s opinion and expressed gratitude to her for her dedication as a BBGIRLS member for a long time.

In the future, BBGIRLS will operate with a 3-member group including Minyoung, Eunji, and Yuna. The members shared that they will spare no effort to support BBGIRLS so they can actively engage in various fields and asked fans for their continued support.
