2NE1’s CL and YG Entertainment founder and general producer Yang Hyun Suk reunited at the TREASURE’s Seoul concert.
CL surprised fans with a guest appearance at TREASURE’s concert on August 15. Two days later, on August 17, YG Entertainment released a fan cam of her surprise stage on their official blog and the 2NE1 YouTube channel.
This was their YouTube channel’s first upload in approximately 7 years. The video features CL performing ‘Bad Girl’ and ‘MTBD’ during the TREASURE Relay Tour [Reboot] Finale in Seoul.At the end of the fancam, Yang Hyun Suk was seen clapping enthusiastically, appreciating CLfor her electrifying performance.
On the same day, CL posted photos from the concerts including one with Yang Hyun Suk. Excitement is building for the 2NE1 Welcome Back Concert tour, where fans will get to see the whole group perform after a decade. The tickets for their Seoul concert sold out in a flash as approximately 400,000 fans waited in line. An extra Seoul show was added to the tour to make up for fans who could not grab tickets.
2NE1 is set to perform in Seoul on October 4-6, followed by Kobe, Japan (November 31 and December 1) and Tokyo (December 14-15).
They will then announce more global tour dates, bringing the excitement to fans worldwide until next year.
