The first day of the 39th Golden Disc Awards has officially wrapped up, and the winners’ list is filled with some of the hottest names in K-pop! 

K-pop acts such as aespa, LE SSERAFIM, NewJeans, ILLIT, TWS, KISS OF LIFE, DAY6, and more emerged as winners.

Tonight, NewJeans, LE SSERAFIM, BIBI, Crush, KISS OF LIFE, TWS, CLOSE YOUR EYES, and (G)I-DLE performed their latest hits.

The event will be divided into two days, with digital music awards presented on January 4 and album awards on January 5.

The Golden Disc Awards 2025 was held at the Fukuoka PayPay Dome in Japan. The second day is scheduled to be held at the same venue tomorrow. 

The live broadcast of the ceremony was canceled due to the recent Jeju Air plane crash. The live streaming was postponed out of respect for the national mourning period, which ends today.

The 2025 Golden Disc Awards will be broadcast on JTBC in a two-part special, airing on January 5 at 12:00 AM (midnight) and January 7 at 1:20 AM.
