It seems like Min Hee Jin and NewJeans are having a good time in Japan, basking in the success of their Japan debut and their recent court victory against their parent company, HYBE.
On July 6, NewJeans and Min Hee Jin were spotted on an outing in Japan, and they were photographed by the local media.
Weekly Bunshun released multiple photos of NewJeans members and ADOR’s CEO on a fun outing.
Despite her conflict with HYBE over management rights, the members continued to support and expressed their love for her on numerous occasions.
Since last month, NewJeans members have been in Japan for the promotional activities of their debut single, Supernatural, which dropped on June 21.
After their Japan debut, the group held a two-day fanmeet, Bunnies Camp, at Tokyo Dome, where around 90,000 fans came to see them perform.
Their two-day fan meeting sold out completely, with even restricted-view seats snatched up, and they made headlines by gracing the front page of local newspapers.
Currently in Japan, they’re actively performing on various music shows, and earlier today, they graced the stage on NTV’s popular program, THE MUSIC DAY.
In the last couple of months, they dropped two singles How Sweet and Supernatural. Despite their comeback being overshadowed by the HYBE-ADOR conflict, NewJeans managed to break records with their infectious music.
On another note, they’re set to release an album in the second half of 2024.
