The 35-year-old artist was seen engaging in physical contact with a foreign woman at the club in Lyon, France, as shown in a video released online.

Rumors about his recent activities have been circulating online after a French national shared a photo and post claiming to have spotted him at a club in Lyon, France. The individual alleged that Jung Joon Young, who was involved in the Burning Sun scandal, asked for their Instagram accounts and witnessed him harassing another woman.

A video has also been released by JTBC, showing him engaging in physical contact with a foreign woman at a club, as reported by a media outlet on July 10.

In addition, the person, who first released a photo of him in a French nightclub, revealed that he plans to open a Korean restaurant in Lyon.

Jung Joon Young was convicted of sharing explicit videos without consent in a group chat with an ex-BIGBANG member Seungri and Choi Jong Hoon and conspiring to commit sexual offenses. In 2016, he was sentenced to a five-year prison term for his involvement in the gang rape of a woman.

He completed his sentence and was released from prison in March 2024 after serving the full term.
