Saena, Sio, and Aran, formerly of FIFTY FIFTY, have signed with a new agency and are set to re-debut as a new girl group in the second half of 2024.
After parting ways with FIFTY FIFTY, Saena, Aran, and Sio have signed exclusive contracts with a subsidiary of IOK Company, MASSIVE E&C.
IOK Company shared their future plans, stating, “We plan to actively support the members with skills and passion so that they can achieve remarkable growth on the global stage. We will write another success story together with the main characters who created the success story called ‘Cupid’ in the international market.”
On August 12, a representative from their former agency, ATTRAKT confirmed contract termination to Xport News, stating, “Saena, Aran, and Sio’s exclusive contracts have been terminated, so they are able to sign contracts with the new agency and be active.”
Regarding the ongoing lawsuit, they shared, “However, we are separately continuing with a lawsuit for damages against the three people.”
Former FIFTY FIFTY members Saena, Sio, Aran, and Kinah sued their agency, Attract, in June last year to nullify their contracts. Keena returned to ATTRAKT , but the other three left the group and agency. ATTRAKT then sued them, their parents, and CEO Ahn for 13 billion won in damages in December last year.
FIFTY FIFTY has introduced four new members and is set to release their 2nd mini-album in September. Meanwhile, the girl group formed by Saena, Sio, and Aran will also begin activities this year.
